Standard 16 (Annual Report)
Have an annual report available to all, on request, that includes: (a) the organization's mission statement, (b) a summary of the past year's program service accomplishments, (c) a roster of the officers and members of the board of directors, (d) financial information that includes (i) total income in the past fiscal year, (ii) expenses in the same program, fund raising and administrative categories as in the financial statements, and (iii) ending net assets.

International Campaign for Tibet (ICT) reports that its empowerment programs are designed to help educate and train members of the Tibetan community in leadership, advocacy, communications, and diplomacy. ICT's human rights program includes campaigns for the release of Tibetan political prisoners, for the promotion of human rights in Tibet, and for religious freedom. The organization's education and awareness program focuses on activities and initiatives that build greater public awareness about issues in Tibet. ICT's international operations program supports the organization's international offices, staff, and consultants in Amsterdam, Berlin, London, and India. The organization's campaigns program relates to the protection of the Tibetan plateau ecosystem. ICT's government relations program does work relating to issues involving national, state, and regional governments, the United States Congress and Administration, European nations, and the European Union and United Nations. The organization's media and reporting program consists of a website, newsletter, and information updates. ICT's Chinese outreach program aims to create an understanding of Tibetan issues through increased communication with various segments of the Chinese community. Some ($1,018,956 or 37%) of ICT's programs are conducted in conjunction with informational materials that include fundraising appeals.
