Stand for Children Leadership Center (SFCLC) works to teach people how to join together as a grassroots voice to win concrete, long lasting improvements for children at both local and state levels. The organization works to provide parents and others with tools to convince elected officials and voters to invest in and reform children?s programs. SFCLC provides advocacy and educational efforts for children and supports increased funding for schools, more and better after-school programs, and improved early childhood education through 11 state programs and their national program.
