For Nationally Soliciting Charities

If your organization is a nationally soliciting charity and wishes to be the subject of a BBB Wise Giving Alliance report that will appear on Give.org, you are in the right place. Our reports summarize basic facts about a charity's governance, programs, finances, fund raising and operations and show whether or not the subject charity meets the 20 BBB Standards for Charity Accountability.

To get started, your organization will be asked to provide answers to a few initial questions such as a verification of charitable tax-exempt status. BBB Wise Giving Alliance staff will review this enrollment form, verify whether your organization is eligible, and send you an email that will enable you to begin using a more detailed online charity questionnaire.

For Regionally Soliciting Charities

Charities whose solicitation is limited to a regional area may be evaluated by the Better Business Bureau serving that area. Nearly half of the BBBs in the U.S. have local charity review programs. If you are interested in being evaluated, but your organization is soliciting just regionally and not nationally, click here to find contact information for your BBB.
